Most orders placed Monday-Friday ship the same day or within the next business day. No shipping (closed) on Saturday, Sunday and USA Federal Postal Holidays.

PayPal Payments Accepted - USA and International Orders. No account necessary to use a credit card or eCheck payments.

Note: PayPal eCheck payments delay the shipping of your order until your eCheck payment clears through PayPal. Domestic eCheck clearing usually takes between 3-5 business days. International eCheck clearing usually takes between 7-10 business days. We will not ship your order until your eCheck clears with PayPal. We are not responsible for declined eCheck payments with PayPal or your bank, or any associated fees. Please contact PayPal if your eCheck is declined.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause your card to be declined and your order placed on hold. If unsure, please call your bank to verify your information before placing your order.

Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks - Accepted in the United States only.

We accept money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a valid money order or cashiers check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after we receive your check for clearance of funds before your order is processed. We will notify you once your check clears and your order is processed. $30 fee on all returned checks. Please scroll down this page for our mailing address showing where to send your payment. Please include your order number with your check.

United States Shipping Charges:
USPS Priority Mail and Priority Express Mail options available for an additional charge.

International Shipping Charges: USPS International Mail Rates have dramatically increased on 01/17/2016. The United States Postal Service has unfortunately raised mailing rates. Some mailing rates have doubled and we apologize to our International customers for their increase.

Canada - Orders $150.00 (USD) and over ship FREE USPS First Class International Mail. Tiered shipping rate depending upon order total. We will not undervalue your order due to US Laws and Customs regulations.

International Countries (excluding Canada) - Tiered shipping rate depending upon order total. We will not undervalue your order due to US Laws and Customs regulations.
How We Ship:
USA: We ship FREE via USPS First Class Mail whenever packages weigh 16 ounces or less. Larger packages are shipped via Priority Mail. All domestic orders are shipped with Delivery Tracking Confirmation. Orders over $100.00 may ship with Signature Confirmation Required. If a Signature Required is a delivery issue please let us know. We can ship without or to another address to have your package signed for. Most orders arrive within 3-4 business days, but may take as long as 6 business days. If you do not receive your order within 6 business days days please contact us.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail or Priority Mail International for heavy packages. Buyers are responsible for any additional fees that may arise (customs, duties, etc). Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. We will not undervalue your order due to US Laws and Customs regulations.. Delivery times vary greatly depending on how long orders spend in customs. Orders may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive to their International destinations. Most orders arrive within 3-6 weeks. International orders ship with a US customs tracking number with information updated only to the time your order leaves the USA. No further tracking information is available except for Canada. You will need to contact your local customs office or postal service to see if your package has arrived.
Needles and hooks are shipped in padded envelopes or boxes to insure safe delivery. Yarns are packaged in waterproof polymailer bags so they arrive dry no matter what the weather's like.

Undelivered-Undeliverable packages returned to Handsome Fibers:

Packages that have been returned to us as Undeliverable, No Forwarding Address, Incomplete Address, Unclaimed, Refused, or not picked up after a notice has been left by the postal service may be refunded or reshipped at your request. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly on your order form.

Changes - Cancellations

How to Cancel or Change an order:

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call customer service or send us a message using our contact page link at the top of this web page as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request if you call or send us a message before your order has been processed and shipped. Cancellations or changes to your order must be received by 1:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday in the USA.

When you call us you may hear a recorded message -- please be prepared to leave your name, telephone number, the best time to call back, order # (if applicable), and the reason for your call. We will call you back as soon as a staff member is available.

General Returns - We can make exceptions when necessary.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges on items they wish to return within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:

  • Exchange order, ordered wrong size or item - Store credit or refund.
  • Accidental order - Store credit or refund.
  • No longer needed/wanted/changed mind - Store credit or refund.
Broken or Defective Items:
We will replace any broken needle or item from any order that you placed with us, as well as pay the shipping costs to send the new item out to you! 
We will provide you a return shipping label for your broken or defective item or your return shipping charges refunded upon receipt of your returned item. Please let us know what works better for you.
Broken or Defective Return Reasons:

  • Defective item/does not work properly.
  • Manufacturing defects or errors with product.
  • Item different from what was ordered.
  • My order arrived damaged or broken.
  • Handsome Fibers made an error on your order.
  • Broken item while in use.
Please contact us anytime if you have a defective or broken product, even while in use and we'll be happy to help you!
Please be sure to include your full name, order number, shipping address, phone number, and e-mail address. We want to be sure we are sending your replacement to the correct address in case of a new address change.
Depending on what type of needle was broken or damaged, you may only need to send back part or all of the item, sometimes not at all:
  • Circular needles: The entire needle and any broken pieces.
  • Single Points, Double Points and Interchangeable tips: Only the broken needle and not the entire set.
  • Interchangeable Needle Set Accessories: Only the broken part and not the entire set.
