Changes, Cancellations, Refunds or Exchanges

How to cancel or change an order:

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call customer service or send us a message using our "contact us" page link at the top of this web page as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request if you call or send us a message before your order has been processed and shipped. Cancellations or changes to your order must be received by 1:00 pm Monday-Friday Pacific Time in the USA.

When you call us you may hear a recorded message -- please be prepared to leave your name, telephone number, the best time to call back, order # (if applicable), and the reason for your call. We will call you back as soon as a staff member is available.

General Returns - We can make exceptions when necessary.
 
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges on items they wish to return within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:

Exchange order, ordered wrong size or item - Store credit or refund.
Accidental order - Store credit or refund.
No longer needed/wanted/changed mind - Store credit or refund.

Note: Shipping is now FREE to addresses in the United States, prior order shipping charge refunds will be handled on an individual order basis.
 
Broken or Defective Items:
 
We will replace any broken needle or item from any order that you placed with us, as well as pay the shipping costs to send the new item out to you! 

We will provide you a return shipping label for your broken or defective item or your return shipping charges refunded upon receipt of your returned item. Please let us know what works better for you.
 
Broken or Defective Return Reasons:

Defective item/does not work properly.
Manufacturing defects or errors with product.
Item different from what was ordered.
My order arrived damaged or broken.
Handsome Fibers made an error on your order.
Broken item while in use.

Please contact us anytime if you have a defective or broken product, even while in use and we'll be happy to help you!
 
Please be sure to include your full name, order number, shipping address, phone number, and e-mail address. We want to be sure we are sending your replacement to the correct address in case of a new address change.
 
Depending on what type of needle was broken or damaged, you may only need to send back part or all of the item, sometimes not at all: 

Circular needles: The entire needle and any broken pieces.
Single Points, Double Points and Interchangeable tips: Only the broken needle and not the entire set.
Interchangeable Needle Set Accessories: Only the broken part and not the entire set.
