Q: Are these mini cables thinner than the other red lace? I use a size 0 circular for knitting socks on magic loop and skinnier cables might be nice on a small gauge.

Hi Ginny, You can if you use a mini cable adapter with these cables. The shorties US-4 through 8 have (S) connections for (S) cables. The mini cables have a mini (M) connection. Hi Suzanne,

You can use the Mini cables with your (S) small join tips only, US-2 through US-8 if you first add a Mini cable adapter to your mini cable. These adapters will allow you to use the mini Twist cables with your (S) tips. There is no adapter made for the (L) tips.

Hi, The cable itself is 37 inches long. The 37 inch cable will make a 47 inch circular with 5 inch tips attached. Thank you for asking.
