Hi AJ, These needles are almost identical. They are more like a regular tip, not too sharp or too blunt. They are not sharp like lace tips. Thank you for asking. Tracy, Handsome Fibers.

The tips on the Zing needles are one piece with the needle shaft instead of a metal cap like on the Karbonz. They are very similar in sharpness.
