Hello from Handsome Fibers! We are a family owned small business in Oregon since 2012 where everyone here loves to knit and crochet! We started out with our own hand-dyed yarns until our only dyer started a family. We have since discontinued all yarns and focus primarily on knitting and crochet tools. We kept our name "Handsome Fibers".

In general, prices increase depending upon the needle size or option selected in the product drop down selector box on products with multiple sizes, lengths, etc. The smallest size or option will show up on the product page as the lowest price (base price). Once a size or option is selected, "Your Price" will be displayed on the product page before adding the item to your shopping cart. If you need help, please contact us on our "Contact Us" page. Most orders placed Monday-Friday ship the same day or within the next business day. No shipping (closed) on Saturday, Sunday and USA Federal Postal Holidays. Note: Orders submitted with Billing and Shipping addresses not the same may need to be confirmed by phone at our discretion.

Some areas (not all) of the United States are experiencing delays with packages being delivered late due to the virus outbreak and bad weather. Some postal processing centers have been shut down due to sick workers and not enough personnel to process mail. Please be patient, your package will arrive but may be late. International Shipping Suspended

We're sorry, we have stopped shipping out of the USA at this time due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Currently there are long delays in customs due to the lack of airline flights out of the US for overseas. Most destination countries have suspended their incoming mail from overseas or have long delays processing packages due to transportation issues with their mail service. The United States Postal Service has suspended delivery to many countries out of the US, please visit the USPS home page below for details.

We are not responsible for the use of a freight forwarder for your International order or their shipping/delivery problems, please contact them if your order does not ship or arrive, thank you.

All domestic orders are shipped with Delivery Tracking Confirmation. Orders may ship with Signature Confirmation Required. If a Signature Required is a delivery issue please let us know. We can ship without or to another address to have your package signed for. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days. If you do not receive your order within 5 business days please contact us.

Needles and hooks are shipped in padded envelopes or boxes to insure safe delivery.

Undelivered-Undeliverable packages returned to Handsome Fibers:

Packages that have been returned to us as Undeliverable, No Forwarding Address, Incomplete Address, Unclaimed, Refused, or not picked up after a notice has been left by the postal service may be refunded or reshipped at your request. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly on your order form.


How to Cancel or Change an order:

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call customer service or send us a message using our contact page link at the top of this web page as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request if you call or send us a message before your order has been processed and shipped. Cancellations or changes to your order must be received by 12:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday in the USA.

Broken or Defective Items:
We will replace any broken needle or item from any order that you placed with us, as well as pay the shipping costs to send the new item out to you!

We will email you a return shipping label for your broken or defective item if we need your item back.

Broken or Defective Return Reasons:

  • Manufacturing defects or errors with product.
  • Item different from what was ordered.

Please contact us anytime if you have a defective or broken product, even while in use and we'll be happy to help you! We want to be sure we are sending your replacement to the correct address in case of a new address change.

Depending on what type of needle was broken or damaged, you may only need to send back part or all of the item, sometimes not at all:

  • Circular needles: The entire needle and any broken pieces.
  • Single Points, Double Points and Interchangeable tips: Only the broken needle and not the entire set.
  • Interchangeable Needle Set Accessories: Only the broken part and not the entire set.
Please return items in a padded mailer to avoid postal damage including the original manufacturers packaging, all product inserts and parts, thank you.
