Q: I'm ordering some of the new swiv 360 cords. It says on your website they are $10 but when they show up in the cart it's listed as $11.

Q: I'm now interested in investing in different cables. The poly spins are amazing but I'm wondering if they'll stand up to a heavy load like a long shawl or blanket made from dense, heavy yarn. The Twists and Swivs are made from stainless and they sound really sturdy. Can you please tell me a little about the Swivs vs. Twists when it comes to movement, and getting "bunched up" like some cables do (especially for new knitters like me)? Also smoothness of the joins, etc. Any advice you can give on cables is appreciated!

Hi Marianne, The base price is $10 on the 5,6, and 8 inch cables. The price goes up to $11 on the longer cables 14 inches and up. You can select a length to see the price. The 2 inch 3-pack cables are $18. Thank you for asking. Tracy, Handsome Fibers.

Hi Lori, No ChiaoGoo cable will attach to any of the Knitter's Pride products. The Knitter's Pride cords are listed here: https://www.handsomefibers.com/knitters-pride-cords-connectors

The Swivs have a swiveling join, so they won't get bunched up in your knitting. The Swivs do have a bit of a catch where the cable goes into the metal - normal for swiveling joins.

The Twists have a fixed join and are very smooth. Most knitters prefer the Twist over the other ChiaoGoo cable options.

This is normal on swiveling cables and can't be fixed. If you're unhappy with the cables please feel free to return them to us in the manufacturers packaging for a refund.
