A: There are 6 cables in the set: 14", 22", and 30" in both (S)mall and (L)arge joins.

A: The ChiaoGoo have a seamless connection and hold together at the join for most knitters as long as they have properly tightened the needles down with the cable key. Some knitters have a knitting style that results in extra torque, literally unscrewing the needles, and they require a swiveling join to alleviate that. This set is packaged with swiveling join cables.

You may consider trying out a pair of ChiaoGoo tips and cable before purchasing this set to see how they work for you.

A: ChiaoGoo doesn't make any products using nickel plating. It's likely stainless steel being used, but we will double-check with ChiaoGoo to confirm what the metal is on the tips and joins and update the product listing with that information.
