Q: How long are the tips on the 9" circulars vs. the tips on the 12" circulars? I bought a pair of the 9 in bamboos, but I find the tips were too small to knit efficiently because I didn't have enough needle to grasp.

Asked by: rain city hat knitti - 6/13/2016
A: The needle tips on the 9" are approximately 2" long. The 12" circulars have a slight bend in the needle tips - they measure 1/2" from join to middle of the bend and 2 1/4" from there to the tip. Overall length is approximately 2 3/4".
