We are a family owned small business in Oregon since 2012 where everyone here loves to knit and crochet! We started out with our own hand-dyed yarns until our only dyer started a family.

We have since discontinued all yarns and focus primarily on knitting and crochet tools. We kept our name "Handsome Fibers".

Please Read - Product Option Selection Help

In general, prices increase depending upon the needle size or option selected in the product drop down selector box on products with multiple sizes, lengths, etc. The smallest size or option will show up on the product page as the lowest price (base price). Once a size or option is selected, "Your Price" will be displayed on the product page before adding the item to your shopping cart. If you need help, please contact us on our "Contact Us" page. Saved Carts (products saved in your shopping cart) will automatically delete in 5 days. Products added to your shopping cart may not be available the next time your saved cart is accessed.


Payment Options - Your billing and shipping address must match or your card will be declined.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay. Please be sure to provide your exact billing and shipping address (both must match each other) and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause your card to be declined and your order placed on hold. Your billing and shipping address must match or your card will be declined. If unsure, please call your bank to verify your information before placing your order. 

Shipping

We ship using the USPS (Postal Service). NO UPS or Fed-Ex shipping available. Shipping addresses that cannot be verified by the USPS will not ship. Packages that have been returned to us as undeliverable, no forwarding address, incomplete address, unclaimed, refused, vacant, wrong address submitted on your order or not picked up after a notice has been left by the postal service will be refunded once we receive it back, excluding any original shipping charges. Please check and verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly on your order form. Note: 2-5 business day average delivery time of your order after your shipping notification.


USPS Ground Advantage Flat Rate $3.99 shipping charge on orders UNDER $35 (after any applicable coupons or discounts have been applied to your order). Note: 2-5 business day average delivery time of your order after your shipping notification.

Please Note: Flat rate $3.99 shipping charge applies to your order if your sub-total is LESS THAN $35 AFTER any applicable coupons or discounts have been applied to your order. 

USPS Priority Mail option available for an additional charge during checkout (not available for free shipping). Note: 2-4 business day delivery time of your order after your shipping notification.

No Overnight shipping service available due to the rural area we are in, sorry about that.

No International Shipping. Knitting and Crochet manufacturers have online and retail shops listed on their company websites for ordering outside of the USA.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 10:00 AM Pacific Time ship the same day, after 10:00 AM Pacific Time the next business day. Orders received after the deadline on Friday and orders received on weekends ship the following Monday, except on USPS Postal Holidays. No shipping (closed) on Saturday, Sunday and USA Federal Postal Holidays. Note: Orders submitted with a different Billing and Shipping name or address may need to be confirmed by phone at our discretion. Please email us first for approval.

All orders are shipped with a USPS Tracking Confirmation number. You will receive this tracking number by email when your order ships. Orders may ship with Signature Confirmation of delivery. If a Signature Required for delivery is an issue, please let us know in the order comments section when placing your order. We can ship without or to another address to have your package signed for. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days (postal holiday closures may affect delivery times) of your shipping notification. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days (postal holiday closures may affect delivery times) of your shipping notification please contact us.

Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel your order, please call customer service or send us a message using our "Contact Us" page link at the top of this web page as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request if you call or send us a message before your order has been processed and shipped. Cancellation of your order must be received by 10:00 AM Pacific Time, Monday-Friday.

When you call us you may hear a recorded message -- please be prepared to leave your name, telephone number, the best time to call back, order # (if applicable), and the reason for your call. We will call you back as soon as a staff member is available.

Returns - Please contact us on our "Contact Us" page for return authorization BEFORE returning your order within 30 days. Products that have been opened or used including knitting and crochet sets are NOT returnable and NOT accepted. Products without the manufacturer's original packaging are NOT returnable and NOT accepted. Please contact us with any problems or issues, thank you.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns. No refund on original shipping charges. A $3.99 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund if your original order falls below the $35 minimum (after any discount) for free shipping due to item(s) being returned. No Exchanges (due to high shipping costs). You will be refunded for your item(s) once we receive it back so that you can re-order what you like. If you refuse delivery of your order, original shipping charge will be non-refundable.

Manufacturer's DO NOT offer lifetime warranties on their products. Manufacturers offer a warranty on their products against manufacturing related defects.

Their guarantee does NOT cover normal “wear and tear”, misuse or abuse. No product replacements for damage caused by needles, hooks, or cords subjected to undue stress such as severe pressure.

Due to the nature of wood, metal and on-going use, the printed size may wear off the wooden or metal portion of the needle and cords with use. Please note that this is not indicative of any defect in the product, and will not be considered a cause for replacement by the manufacturer.
